5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights;
- Post offensive, obscene, misleading, or harmful content;
- Interfere with the app’s operations or servers;
- Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.

6. Right to Remove or Suspend

X Checkers Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content or suspend or terminate access to Talu at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or act harmfully toward other users or the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in Talu and content provided by X Checkers Inc belong to the Company or its partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such materials without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Talu is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will operate without interruptions, errors, or malware. You use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

X Checkers Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Talu.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. In case of material changes, we will notify you via the app or other means. By continuing to use Talu after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
