3. OpenAI and Anthropic: We use these services for advanced computation tasks including AI and language processing. All data processed is anonymized, containing only insight content with no identifying user information. We have BAA and Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.

4. Non-Disclosure of Sensitive Insight Data

- Data Retention: Deleted data is retained for 30 days in Google Firestore for disaster recovery purposes before being permanently erased from our systems.
